Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 12 oz cream cheese softened to room temp
- 1/2 cup butter room temp
- 2 cups powdered sugar sifted after measuring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
- Beat until fluffy and light colored.
- Add the sifted powdered sugar and a pinch of salt, beating at a slow speed until the sugar is moistened.
- Increase the speed of the mixer and beat until light and spreadable.
